Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has urged international community to play its role in stopping the genocide of Kashmiris.
Addressing the newsmen in Sialkot on Sunday, she said India has made Kashmiris hostage by deploying 900,000 troops in Occupied Kashmir and basic human rights are being denied to them. She said ideological and geographical boundaries of Pakistan are being attacked now.
Referring to the Prime Minister’s Address to Muslim community of North America, She said Prime Minister has become the ambassador of Kashmiris and he is conveying their message all over the world.She said that Narendra Modi is playing with the peace of the region.
She applauded the dynamic role of electronic media all over the country for highlighting the freedom movement of the people of occupied Kashmir.
Firdous Ashiq Awan urged Pakistani media to globally highlight the fascist and Nazi philosophy of Modi government and human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir with the collaboration of International media.
She said Kashmir is a part of Pakistan and our relation with the Kashmir is just like soul and body.
Firdous Ashiq Awan said Pakistani nation will not remain detached with our Kashmiri brethren.She said Modi has ignored the International resolutions and reservations of international human rights organizations about Kashmir issue.
Earlier, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan says the OIC statement regarding Kashmir is a triumph of Pakistan’s principled stand and a setback for India.Appreciating the raising of voice in support of Kashmiris by the OIC in a tweet, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said the Islamic block has urged the international conscience to lift the curfew in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
