Secretary senate be arrested and put into jail on rejected votes issue: Saeed Ghani
PPP has called for dismissing secretary Senate and sending him to jail over the matter of 7 rejected votes in Senate polls.
Talking to media men here Saturday Saeed Ghani provincial minister Sindh said our voters have cast their votes honestly to party candidate as per party directives. Our voters did not destroy the votes deliberately. Had they destroyed the votes they would have cast their votes to both the candidates. They would have left the ballot papers blank therein. Our 7 votes were genuine which were rejected. We will challenge chairman senate election in court on the plea of rejection of votes.
He said Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar and Musaddaq Malik seized secret cameras. Government said these were installed by the opposition. If opposition has installed that secretary Senate be dismissed. One member said the stamp has been affixed on the name of Yousuf Raza Gillani.
He held Muzaffar Shah has given ruling based on malafide. He has given illegal ruling.
