PPP decides to challenge presidential reference in the court – Nayyar Hussain Bokhari

PPP has decided to challenge Presidential ordinance besides becoming party in the case pending hearing in Supreme Court (SC).
Sources said Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has contacted PPP Secretary General Syed Nayyar Hussain Bokhari and consulted him in the matters related to reference and presidential ordinance.
Besides challenging presidential reference in SC PPP has decided to become party in the ongoing case in SC. A petition will be filed in the court in this regard.
Nayyar Bokhari said PPP will become party in the ongoing reference in SC.
