New guidelines for students issued to all private educational institutions

Director General Private Institution Sindh Prof. Salman Raza has issued a patrol letter to all the private schools in the province instructing the management of these schools to ensure that all the private educational institutions with the results of the annual examinations or at the time of admission Provide a list of books, copies, stationery, uniforms, etc. so that parents can purchase these items at their own discretion.

The letter states that private educational institutions will not oblige parents to purchase these items from any particular place or school, private educational institutions are obliged to charge only the approved fees from the students, different to celebrate different days. No illegal fees will be charged for names.

Legal action will be taken against private educational institutions that receive illegal fees.

He further directed all the private educational institutions to display the fees approved by the directorate on the notice board of the school so that the parents know how much they have to pay monthly fees.

He further directed that the schools should charge only one month fee at a time from the students on a monthly basis.

He also instructed the parents that if they have any complaint regarding sale of school fees or books, stationery, uniforms, etc., they should submit their complaint along with photocopy of identity card to the complaint center of Directorate of Private Institutions so that Immediate steps should be taken to address their grievances.
