Federal cabinet meets today to deliberate over 13-point agenda

Federal Cabinet will meet today (Tuesday) to deliberate over a set of issues including corona virus epidemic, national economy and 13-point agenda.

The meeting will take place under Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan in PM house.

The 13-point agenda of the meeting has been issued. Cabinet will give approval for constitution of commission to probe into petroleum crisis. The decisions taken in ECC previous meeting will also be endorsed in the meeting.

The cabinet members will be briefed on economic and social indicators. Matter of import of Euro-5 diesel and petrol will come under consideration. Islamabad High Court decision will be reviewed. PIA pilots degrees issue will also be discussed.
The appointment of chairman Pakistan Council of Research Water Resources is also part of the agenda of the meeting. Progress report on institutional reforms will be presented in the cabinet.

The draft on rules and regulations for appointment of chairman WAPDA and members will also be presented in the meeting. Approval for appointment of CEO USF company is included in the agenda as well.
